I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, you will not be charged for the session providing the notice period is sufficient, if for any reason you do not attend the session or cancel within the 48 hour time period, I reserve the right to charge the full session fee. Sessions missed due to emergencies / unavoidable situations will be taken in to account.
